Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We are currently renting a ford expedition because my wife's car is at the shop after hitting a deer. My wife called ahead and set up for an awd or a 4wd vehicle as we live on back roads and hills of Howard and so does my parents which we visit daily to help them. When we picked it up we were told that we got this suv with what we asked, being country people we believed what they said and drove away no questions as I was thinking there was no switch that it is probably automatic 4wd. I was traveling up to my parents tonight up a snow covered road going slow only not to be able to climb the hill in this 2wd vehicle. After 5pm you can't call anyone to complain or switch out a vehicle. Now I drive my big truck anytime I need to take my family up to my parents because I feel a little leery of the suv I rented. Not happy at all.

Says they are open till 5 but yet every time I go over from 3 to 4 they are closed... Never answer the phone after 4. Called ahead to tell them I would be there at 3:30 and no one was there. Very disappointed in the service and will never use again!
