Since the new owner/vet took over we have been quite unpleased. They did not honor the spay certificate we purchased 6 months ago (fine) but when we asked to learn more about why it wouldn't be taken, the vet said he could charge less by doing a worse job if we wanted. Are you kidding me? That's disgusting. Our kittens are living beings. Awful bedside manner only interested in making money and not developing relationships. We got our kittens paperwork and are going elsewhere. Oh, $600 for 2 kittens with no certificate honoring though we rescued both cat locally. Goodbye.
