Hale Transportation - Hale's Bus Garage LLC

We were on a bus trip to NYC on 09/23/2017 Our driver nearly caused a crash on our way down the bus was going way to fast this guy needs to find a new job he's going to hurt people he was not in control of the bus at all .You may ask how I know this well when your passing vehicles on the thru way knowing full well the cars are going approximately 70-75 -80 and the bus your in is passing them Well there ya have it NOT ROCKET SCIENCE.He was pushing other vehical off the road they were blowing their horns ridiculous. Guy was cocky as hell.He threatened all of us said if we were not at our destination pick up place he would leave us all there told we would be picked up at the place we were dropped off and we had to be there by 815 he was pulling out with out us .Well he changed the pickup place people were scrambling to find the bus one lady started to cry when she saw us she thought she missed the bus.When I got on I got in his face about it he blamed the hostess thst booked the trip no apologies ridiculous and don't even get started on the so called Hostess.They threatened the people in the back of the bus because they were being to loud and drinking said we would csll the police and have them arressted for open container and bad language uh yhe worst language wasn't even coming from them of course until he threatened them. Uh Im no expert but you book these bus tours knowing full well people will be drinking on them or why would they be on them.State the rules on the Web site there was a whole hell of a lot more.We weren't dropped of at the site we booked for we had take our way across the city by way of subway and taxi additional COSTS . RIDICULOUS NEVER AGAIN I'd rather walk from Utica to New York then do this again .NEXT TIME and there will be a NEXT TIME We will go by train for 40 extra bucks.SUCKED!
