Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I reserved a vehicle 2 weeks ago. They reserved for me to pick it up after they closed. Obviously I didn't get the rental. I reserved a rental to pick up this morning and they aren't ready for anybody that is here. They have misplaced other people's reservations. But due to the long wait this time, they upgraded the rental to a full size for free.
