This place is a joke. Came here for a birthday party with children ages 3 to 7. 95% of all games were broke. When my daughter went up to the desk to tell them what had happened to the game they ignored her like she wasn't even there. Went into the ball pit room there was no employee supervision. The kids were running wild, adults we're not watching their children. Kids were climbing up the slide while other kids were coming down the slide these kids were 13 to 15 years of age. Said something to the manager and she just brush me off basically telling me all employees are able to fix machine and refund lost tokens. And that no employee is stationed in the ball pit room. I will never return to this place with my children. STAY AWAY... THERE IS OTHER PLACES YOU CAN GO FOR WAY LESS MONEY!!!!!
