Over priced, lousy workmanship & very rude owner. My husband brought in his shoes to be repaired. I went the following week to pick it up for him. The shoes looked like they weren't touched. I asked what my husband requested. The person who I know from the jewelry store next door told me that I had attitude & he went to find the person who worked on the shoes. That person explained that all he did was glue the soles of the shoes. When I left, I called my husband to verify what he asked them to do. He said he just wanted them to glue the soles becsuse he wanted $65.00 for new soles. Obviously a complete rip off. When I got home I looked for the website of Atlier Jewelry/ Shoes & More. I called them. I asked to speak to the owner. The person who answered, refused to identify himself as the owner said I needed to call back @ 6:00 to speak to the owner. I asked why I would call back at 6 because I knew that's when they closed. It was then I realized he was the owner. I reminded him of our earlier encounter & then he proceeded to act like a child. He started pressing the buttons on his phone & then hung up. Avoid the shoe repair & the jewelry store at all cost.
