When I pointed out that there was a problem with the washer draining the detergent to actually wash the clothes the owner went off on me. Yelling at me and telling me not to come in here and complain. Since I has to use a different washer to rewash my clothes i asked for a refund for the original price, he then yelled at me again and told me not to come back. This is the first time I've ever had an issue and I've been coming here for years on a weekly basis but after that I'm definitely not returning even if he hadn't banned me.
