Super clean and comfortable. And affordable! Super close to Ausable Chasm and Ausable Point State Park (nice beach on Lake Champlain). Mini fridge and microwave in our room. Some rooms have kitchenettes. Big lawn in back is great for kids to play. Convenient to restaurants. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when I come up. Can't say enough good stuff!
