What can I say about this company. i spoke with Richard Dallow, who off the bat seemed very intelligent. i have been pre-approved for a mortgage and very interested in a property. we were dealing with one of his associates, who really didn't know much about the business. she just yes'd us. never listened to what we wanted and just went through the motions.
the thing that irritates me is when i know more about the business than a professional, and i know very little.
Richard Dallow spoke to me a number of times on the phone he was relentless in getting me to mortgage the property through "his people" vs a family friend that already had the pre-approval. and trust. he also suggested we use his Lawyer and Inspector. to which i declined. he insisted we should consider other financing options.
after deciding not to use his service anymore he said that he would continue to search and help find a new home. i said to him thanks but i'm going to seek another company. he then went on to ask why would i use another company to which i highlighted the fact that he told me to look for other options.
I dont like to burn bridges completely so i suggested if his associate wants to send us listings from time to time we'll see what happens he answer, "i shall see if she wants to deal with you now"...... what a man.
on a personal note please be more confident when talking to clients you didn't fill me with hope or confidence.
