If I could leave no stars I would! Having to bury a family member is always a difficult time, but when you have the funeral director be rude, disrespectful and just there for the money it makes it even worse. As soon as we we're ready to head from the funeral home to the cemetery, he took off leaving all of us to fight through traffic to catch up. 7 cars got lost and didn't know where to turn because he just took off at 55mph. So now you have family members crying also trying to give directions! Then after they lowered my grandma in the ground, he said we must get in our cars and leave so they can put dirt on her! Are you kidding? We had multiple family members at the cemetery and alot of out of town guests who wanted to leave flowers at the others headstones, because they have not seen them in years! But we were told again to leave and they had to put the dirt on her! They were rude and disrespectful! On top of only offering 1 coffin....PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE this funeral home. It makes it harder than it has to be!
