Horrible experience. I brought my mower in and wanted it done quickly so I paid the extra amount and it was $95 for a diagnosis. Didn't get my mower back for over two weeks!! He said it would work again if he fixed the carburetor. When I tried to use it after I picked it up it would only work for 5-10 minutes then not work again. I brought it back and he said he couldn't quite figure out what was wrong with it but it may be the choke? He said he had done what I paid him for, fix the carburetor, but I asked him to fix my lawn mower, not part of it??? That's why I went to him!! So I took my mower back and disputed the charges and they credited my account. I was not going to spend more money on a $400 lawn mower when I had already spent $250 on it for it NOT to get fixed!! BEWARE OF THIS PLACE THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, NOR DO THEY HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
