BMW of Southampton

Worst dealership and service department I've ever had to deal with. They lie and cheat customers every day, don't honor half their warranties and try to make customers pay for warranty work. When questioned they blame the customer after selling a vehicle they supposedly stand behind- never go there. I went to Competition Auto Group and had a MUCH better experience. Salesman name was Anthony and he was a slimeball. His answer for everything was I bought a pre owned car (2010 in 2012.) never prepped the car, car was littered in scratches and back seat looked like someone died in it (red all over seat belts and tan leather.) Not my first circus and fiasco with them, but definitely the last. They hit my car in the parking lot, sprayed the bumper and never said a word to me about it. SHADY. My close friend had nothing but issues with his service and truck overall (NEW X5,) Hope to see your doors close! Shame on you all!!!! Never ever stepping foot in there to say the least. What's Worst? They never tried to rectify the situation, rather the salesman stood his moot point and argued that what was done was done and we can't go back, and nothing can be done about it, verbatim "Tough luck, you bought a used car."
