I used Excelsior to finish my bachelor's degree and took 6 classes online through them. The coursework is generally pretty good and relevant to the subject. Instructors were all responsive and varied between fair and excellent in terms of knowledge and ability to communicate what they wanted.
Advisors leave something to be desired, as they were not always responsive and information provided wasn't always the clearest. However, credit transfer policy was generous, especially in terms of accepting military training.
Classes are also fairly expensive when compared to other online options. Overall a good option for those using employer or military tuition reimbursement or veteran benefits, but I would consider other options if paying out of pocket.
