West Farms Post Office

This is one of the worst post offices when it comes to customer service and mail delivery. If I could give it less than a 1 would. To pick up a package you wait more than 45 mins on line, and they even deliver your mail to the wrong address or say your packages are undeliverable due to incomplete information when the information was verified by their own 1-800 customer service.

There is only 1 person working the window and the line is almost outside the door this is crazy. Granted it is a Saturday but staff the window better because you know a lot of people work mon-fri and this is the one day they can pick up any package that weren't delivered.
