Unfortunately there is a minimum of one star, I wish I could give these guys a zero. I took my new (700 miles) car there for an oil change, they managed to misplace the oil filter or God knows what and damaged my engine. The assessed damage is about $6k of repair, plus car rental, workdays lost etc etc. The funny part is that after the oil change I drove away, the oil leaked out and the engine broke down. I called them up and ask them to come and take a look at what they had done. They came, top up the oil again pat my shoulder with an idiotic smirk on their face and tried to convince me the engine was just fine. Please do yourself a favor stay away from this establishment.
