From the time I walked in to just get information, I knew I was in the right place. The people are very friendly and not pushy. There is a sense of community there that I didnt think I would find at a boxing gym. Everyone says hello and good bye. While training, they give one on one time every time I go. The trainers focus on technique and while it is friendly, they push you. For me, it is the perfect balance. This is my second month going..and I have been only going 2-3 times a week but have been really watching what I eat, mostly greens and protein and some carbs and very little red meat. I have lost 8 lbs.
