Best Yemeni restaurant in Western New York. The chicken broth served as an appetizer is so flavorful and reminds me of my mom's homemade chicken soup. I tried the Lahm Sukar (chopped beef) over Hummus. It was amazing, seasoned to authentic perfection. I also tried the Fahsah which is a mixture of whipped fennugreek with vegetable and meat in a boiling hot clay pot. You have to let it cool or you will burn your tongue. They also served it with fresh baked homemade bread baked in a tannoor ( clay standing oven). Next time i will try the haneed, slow cooked, tender, dry season rubbed leg of lamb on a bed of colored rice.
