AT&T

I was trying to unlock my phone but keep getting error. So I went to this store and the guy told me we can't help you and pay to the third party to unlock your phone or buy a new one. Phone is totally paid-off. I tried to explain the problem to that guy and he kept saying call technical support. The worst customer service.
