Have been very disappointed with the Service Desk and Top's inability to give hundredswhen cashing a payroll check. When I expressed my miscontentment to the manager on the floor, I was told the problem could not be solved and to not ask again. Last time I checked it is the customer's job to let managment know when their needs are not being met and the job of the company to find tge solution. Where is the process improvement?
