Mr Faulkner runs one of the most secure storage sites in the area. The units are clean and easy to access. Today I personally had a problem with retrieving my belongings from a storage space that were left behind by the person with whom I was sharing the space. Basically I had not been given the key to the unit by the other person...I called Mr Faulkner and he was able to meet me there and not only did he drill out the lock for me for a small fee..he was also gentlemanly enough to realize that the other person I shared the space with had left a lot of his things there, so he helped me clear and clean the space. He was extremely sympathetic and just plain decent about the whole thing. In spite of the weather and my being upset at the situation, he handled everything with great calm and I most definitely would recommend this storage facility for anyone who needs it.
