Starbucks

I come here for coffee every day. Usually very consistent and delicious. The one on the left was what I received today and it didn’t taste right to me so I asked them to remake it. The very light one on the right was the second one I received and it was AWFUL. Way worse than the first one. I don’t want to make them waste more product and make another one but I wanted to let them know that I was incredibly disappointed today. I was also upset that I was charged $4.60 for terrible iced coffee when the manager told me they are not supposed to charge for soy milk and I pay $3.95 every other day I come here.
