I would give them negative 5 star if there were a choice. The front desk is the worst in the worst. People there were not helpful and had a major attitude. They were not going to help their customers and were unfriendly to kids (and YES I PAID for babysitting!!!). My baby boy was scared by their rude voice and cried uncontrollable so that I was unable to stay there to even finish what I was going to say. Maybe they did that on purpose so I would't keep them work. I only know the supervisor's name is Brittany and the other old while female with attitude to screen me up and down. CHOOSE other gym if you live in great neck. Don't even try this one.
