Terrible. They didn't have the game I was looking for, so they looked up a store that did. I asked him(Kyle I believe was the guys name) if he could call and make sure they had it and could hold it while I drove there. He called or claimed to call the store at Northgate plaza and told them to hold it for me. When I arrived at Northgate, they acted as i was stupid, and they had nothing for me. Very disappointed in the experience.
