Company gets you to sign an oil contract with a "ceiling price" - they say that they will charge you market price but the cost of the oil will never be over your "ceiling price"... I have never been charged lower then my ceiling price even though Oil has PLUMMETED!!! You can fill up for between $2.25-$2.50 a gallon right now with other companies and they continue to charge me over well over $3 a gallon. You call them and they give you the run around. They say that when they bought the oil that was the price etc etc etc. I have 2 other friends with the same exact problem. One is being charged $3.46 a gallon and the other $3.37 right now - that's literally a 1 DOLLAR OVER MARKET PRICE - which means if you fill 200 gallons you're being over charged by $200...
They are liars.They make up prices willy-nilly and their website does not advertise the price of the day - you can call and they will ask you if you have a contract. If you say you do, magically, oil is priced at your ceiling price. If you say you don't it will be considerably cheaper.
Do you yourself a favor and say NO to RCF.
