I HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!
I had a gel manicure 3 days ago, (Sunday), and since then the clear coat separated from the base coat on four nails. A typical gel manicure lasts approx. 10 days to 2 weeks. Since Ipaid $25 for this, I went back today, (Wednesday), to get this fixed. The girl behind the counter, (see pic), asked me who did the manicure. I said I didn’t remember. I get a different person everytime. (Mind you, this girl sees me regularly every 2 weeks and knows me). She said she couldn’t help me without naming the person. I was surprised at this and then even more so after she then asked me WHY I couldn’t remember who did my nails, obviously implying that I am an idiot or something. I told her it’s not my responsibility to remember and what difference would it make. Still she wouldn’t help me. Then I spoke with a young man who “claimed” to be the manager. Same thing. I just couldn’t believe it. (it’s nail paint, not tips or any special services). I raised my voice. I threatened to never go there again with my daughter and her friends, (over $100 dollars every 2 weeks). He actually said HE DIDN’T CARE! I said that I would report him. He then said my wait would be an HOUR. I said that if I waited an hour on a Wednesday morning and any one person went ahead of me, I would tell them about my experience right there and then. He said “ok.” 2 minutes later he sent me back to get my nails fixed. They literally fixed only the four nails that were damaged. Not a replacement manicure…….just the four nails. The whole experience really astounded me. This place has zero customer courtesy and no interest in customer satisfaction. They were rude, stubborn and this place is just basically a penny pinching money machine. There is obviously no pride in their work. They do not care if your are regular, loyal customer and they do not reciprocate this appreciation. There are a myriad of places that offer the exact same services. They are not unique in any way. I am disappointed most of all and will find another, more friendly, cooperative and responsive place to bring my loyal business.
