Meeting Chelsea was the best thing for my eyebrows! I've followed Chelsea from her other location to her brand new boutique shop...which by the way is the cutest thing ever!!! Chelsea has helped my thinned out eyebrows grow into exactly what I want them to be! I've also done eyelash extensions with her as well and the compliments were nonstop! They looked super natural and gorgeous!! 5+ stars for Chelsea Leigh Beauty!! (Bonus Stars for Chelsea's UBER clean/sanitized work stations!!!)
