If your going to do business with this place, you better have patience. THIS DEALERSHIP IS A HEADACHE. Recently purchase a vehicle from them in their new location in Medford, what a unorganized dealership to buy a car from. Walked in at 11AM, dealt with the ONLY sales rep they have or had at the time, who had a lot of things going at once. Did not take the time to make you feel welcomed at all. Actually decided to answer calls and help other people while telling me to "wait for him" every 5 mins. We get the deal done, he states to call him around 2PM, because the car needed new brakes, oil change and inspection. I went to pick up the car at 5PM, waiting an additional 2 hours, only my oil change got done. He claimed car needed to be clean and detailed. Then comes up to me and says " we don't have our hose set up, I'll run it through the car wash next door" (are you kidding me?) At this point i just wanted to get my car and leave. The next day I had to go to TINT WORLD to finish my Brakes and Inspection, come to find out they did the front brakes on the car months ago..He lied, they never did the rear brakes, like he claimed. Now 3 weeks later, they STILL haven't submitted paper to the bank. I went to the bank to pay loan, they have no record of my loan. THIS DEALERSHIP IS A HEADACHE, just be prepared.
