My parents recently purchased a home and were looking for home insurance. However, as elderly individuals who spoke limited English it was difficult for them to consult with different companies to obtain quotes. I assisted them by contacting several companies until my co-worker recommended Alpha Direct Agency. I initially called and explained I was calling on behalf of my parents who spoke limited English.
