Almost 30 years a resident in this community of Harlem and I can say that even as a child, waiting in this post office with my mother...the service has not changed. For no reason should it take someone 45 minutes to ship an already prepaid package OR 1.5 hours to pick up a package the delivery person never attempted to deliver. Like many others who have reviewed. I wish I could leave 0 stars. The establishment needs an entirely new staff and management team.
