Tim Hortons

I do not understand Western, NY’s obessession with Tim Hortons. Maybe it’s just this location. But this location is just awful. Every time I go, the wait is ridiculous. The coffee blows, coworkers argue with one another in front of the customers, and they always mess up orders. How do you manage to forget the EGG in a Sausage, EGG, and cheese sandwich?
