Brought my iMac in. The guy barely said two words to me when I dropped it off. Waited 4 hours, no call. Eventually just went in to pick it up to bring it to Apple. Again the guy barely said anything to me. Clearly didn’t even look at it. My suggestion, just go to Apple.
