Great and friendly gym with so much to offer. The pool is always nice and warm, the bikes and stair masters are conveniently located near the sun room, and as always the locker rooms are clean with a sauna to soothe everything out, while the whirlpool out by the pool is large with powerful jets to relax your muscles. But most of all it is the staff who are so friendly, caring, and knowledgeable about which machines to use for all of my various needs that make this such a wonderful environment - one that I have enjoyed time and again for over 12 years. Prices are great, too!!!
