TD Bank

Every single time I come here to speak with customer service they make me wait for hours and waste my whole day. Their staff is super slow and they lack customer service skills. I'm here and have been here for 2 hours now waiting to be seen and no one has yet to come and let us know why we are waiting a long time especially its not that busy. The staff on the desk are not moving or doing anything other than sitting and looking at their screen even the customers who already sitting on their desk are furious they seem to notice how long thry been waiting and rhe lack of customer service. I will never come again to this location. All other locations seem to be much much faster and more professional than this one. What a shame on the management in here i have yet to see one or anyone to come up and apologize for the inconvenience. They just don't care.
