vacuum on their gas lot doesn't work, no sign saying otherwise. I went into the shop to speak to the owner and tell him that it's broken. with all the attitude he had he told me to call the number on the pump and that he was not responsible for it. every time I tried to speak to him he turned away from me while I was trying to calmly have a conversation with him and figure out how I could get my money back. he was extremely hostile and aggressive with me in front of a lot of people. HORRIBLE customer service. when a customer comes in calmly with an issue you do NOT dismiss them so rudely and tell them it's not your problem. absolutely horrible. the service here is always an abomination. I tried to tell him to stop being so aggressive and that I was coming in to also tell him he should put a sign that it's broken and he again turned away and said no one has had a problem but you so go away. I am appalled, furious and extremely upset. I don't know why he needed to be so obscenely rude. I came into the store calmly and he responded aggressively and dismissedly. avoid going to this gas station and 7 eleven at all costs. their gas pumps air pumps and vacuums are always broken. this is the 3rd time I've had an issue there. never again.
