These people are A Scam Artist. They have completely Lost my Entire Luggage that I sent through them for Moving out of State. They kept giving me excuses that it was FedEx that misplaced my Luggage at their Memphis Hub. They did not dam care or called me to find out about my Luggage which they weight charged about $55 dollars. When I called them about the status of my Luggage.. They were feeling bothered... sometimes they would not pick the phone up intentionally. Last time they told me “they can’t do anything” it’s my bad luck”. I never recovered my Luggage. I had my expensive Valuables in it. My recommendations to anybody sending their package or shipment through LJ Hub is..... “” Avoid this Place at All Cost””.These people will rub you of your money. In addition’ you will loose your shipment too.
