Pedallers Bike Shop Ltd

I was blown away at the friendliness of the owner in the shop who was working the counter when I arrived. He spent a great deal of time with me and was more than happy to spend it helping me as well as sharing his knowledge. He called a competitor store (wow!) to see if they had an item in that he recommended over what he was carrying at the time. Additionally, he dug through the back room to create a piece I needed. I left feeling valued and wiser. This is a rare jewel indeed of extraordinary customer service.
