Mavis Discount Tire

I rarely write negative reviews but this place has earned it. Where do I begin??? First, they have horrible customer service, I work in a pharmacy and I have to deal with far more pressing issues and significantly more frustrating customers. These people act like they’re having their limbs ripped off over the most trivial things. I was told it would be a 20 minute wait to have my car in and the sales rep acted all pissed after I had asked how much longer it would be, an hour later! Next, the MANAGER lied to me about needing a 500 dollar job done on my rear shocks. I went to autozone and paid 85 dollars for the parts. Also, this was on Black Friday and the greasy guy has the balls to tell me he is giving me a “good” deal. The guy was a perfect example of the sketchy used car salesman! I Will NEVER give this place my business again. And I will tell everyone I can to avoid this greasy place.
