If I could give this dealership zero stars I would...the accountability and communication skills of this company are worth zero stars...
I had the car brought in for multiple issues going on and the most serious was with a dashboard indication making it unsafe to drive...not wanting to further the potential damage by continuing to drive it roadside service was contacted...
The vehicle arrives at the dealership and it sits...I had alerted them that the car was coming in and was told it would be looked at...I asked a few questions about timeframe and/or a vehicle to drive if it had to remain there and I was rebuffed by some gobbledegook over who would be paying for the repairs...
The way this dealership does business is to have many different layers to get through to have anything done...it is all style there and no substance...
they have someone to answer the service phone...you have a service advisor...then you have a mechanic who works on the vehicle and you reverse the process...I was also informed that they have "appointments" for service...I should have used psychic ability then to call before the car had its problems so I could be valued as a customer...not a lowly "walk-in" nuisance...I was told by another phone rep that the vehicle would be looked at the following morning or early afternoon...
The next day I had not heard from anyone...when I again called I was told I would have to speak to the service advisor for my vehicle who was unavailable to give me any sort of timeline to repair...
I received a call about the car later that day after voicing my frustration with how things were done there...the repair was diagnosed and repaired for the dash indicator and I was told they had to order a part for the other problem I had reported...
Now this other issue I told them what I felt it was...where to look and that it was a known issue with this vehicle...
I arrive at the dealership (beautiful facility but not good service since my advisor literally walked away as I got there) and I pick up the vehicle two days after it was brought in and come to find out they never even addressed the other issues I reported...they made a guess as to what the problem was based on the car's mileage...
I call once again to attempt to understand why the vehicle was not repaired...I get excuses...a rude representative and no explanation as to why they did not fix the other problems...
I cannot recommend this place for any sort of repairs...it was a terrible experience...
