Very rude on the phone. I was looking for a specific gown for my son's wedding that is sold out all over Long Island. When i called to see if they had any in stock, i was told that she doesn't look in the store for specific items. i was rudely asked why are you calling, why can't you just come into the store? I said that i wouldn't waste my time traveling to her store and hung up.
