Best Western Plus Saratoga Springs

Had to wait for a few minutes for someone to come to the desk to check us in. After we got our keys, we had to return to the desk since the door wouldn't open. We were told the battery had died. After about 15-20 minutes we finally got into a room. After all of that trouble I would have appreciated an upgrade of some kind, but that didn't happen. Breakfast was good. A few cereal options, pastries, bagels, and even waffles. Coffee and juices were available.
