The need for new people at this facility is badly needed , I am a level headed person but these people here have wasted three months of my time saying they could help me when in the end they couldn't . The reason was because I was military and i told them this multiple times in the start of process and they said it would be no problem. Also when I ask them to sign a disability form for ebook program they talked down to me multiple times about it and she very rude. I hope this office gets retrained or replaces Wendy within this office. It saddens me to leave this review but it was truly needed to warn people to go to any other office if possible.
