Nick was our technician , he was very helpful and so polite. Very nice and knew exactly what the problem was right away. I will definitely use Roy's again in the future. Reasonable price. Very happy with my service!! Wish more companies had people as nice as Nick. And I loved the quick response from the company. Even the women over the phone were very nice and helpful.
