A lot of excuses and defensiveness when approached with concerns regarding the care of my late relative... be careful stopping by, you will find people’s loved ones just out for the world to see in an open casket instead of respectfully closed until designated viewing times and services... hurtful and traumatizing to anyone who may go in and not be expecting to see their deceased family member or friend in such a state yet. The situation could have been handled with more kindness and empathy. Maybe these men see death every day and are desensitized, but they should grant more understanding to others... Besides this issue, they seem to be an okay business..
